Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping to US:
If you choose standard shipping (default), your order will be delivered within 3-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse. 

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Other items are shipped within 7 business days
. We list the processing time in the description part of every product.


Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (14 days from delivery date, exclude Special Orders). Subject to a Return Request Form from A return label will be sent to your Email later. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories. Restocking fee: 50% of the item price will be charged if the return product is damaged, or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, when buyer returning product for non-product-damaged reasons. Customers can also choose to get store credit of the item price.

When you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

If a return shipping label is provided via email, please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used. Returned product must be shipped within 7 days after we sent you the return label, or else we will not accept the return.

How to return or exchange an item

  • In order to return an item, you need to first obtain a Return Request Form online
  • Keep the product and packing material in new condition to avoid restocking fees
  • If a return shipping label is provided via email, please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton
  • Drop it at any USPS/UPS store within 7 days
  • After we receive the item, you will get a full refund back to your account
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package


Special Orders

Select items sold on may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" includes but not limited to all products under MU Design Flowers, Subscriptions and Preserved Flowers. We accept Special Orders refund only if there are any noticeable damages, or if the item is not what was ordered. Please contact us with photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
